When you don't win OOC, it makes it a lot harder to have quality in conf


games.

The ACC, in totality is 24-79 in Quad 1 games. That's horrendous. 4 teams without a Quad 1 win, and a couple more (UNC, VT and Wake off the top of my head) that didn't have a Quad 1 win outside the conference. That's a recipe for being terrible in the NET.
